Timothy W. Willis Bio

Timothy W. Willis is the Chief Operating Officer for Willis Clinic and Willis Clinic Express. Timothy has been with Willis Clinic for fifteen years. He is also the Managing Director for the WilRose Investment Group, a property development firm. He is also one of the founders of the WilRose Foundation, a 501c3 organization created to support college students in their first year of higher education. Timothy has a lifelong passion for political involvement. He has consulted on political campaigns and worked for several nationwide political organizations. His latest campaign to raise the sales tax in Osceola was successful, with a 76% favorable vote.

Timothy grew up in several European countries but considers Luxora, Arkansas home. He graduated from Rivercrest High School. He earned a B.A. in English Education/Communications from Rust College and completed a Master of Public Policy and Public Administration (MPPA) from Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi. Timothy completed post-graduate studies at Auburn University and studied law at the University of Mississippi School of Law.

At the age of 17, Timothy joined the US Army Reserve. He was Honorable Discharged in 1996. He was the spokesperson for the ownership group that purchased and moved the NBA team from Vancouver to Memphis. His small Public Relations firm was awarded the contract to handle Public Relations for the FedEx Forum, the current home of the Memphis Grizzlies. Timothy is a former registered lobbyist. He has worked in several states and for several members of Congress. Timothy is the former Executive Director of the United Way of South Mississippi County, headquartered in Osceola, Arkansas. Timothy is married to Audrey P Willis, who is a founder of Code Crew and an Obama Fellow. They have one kid, Timothy Oliver Willis, at home and one, Cameron Jones, studying IT system security at the University of Arkansas. Timothy is an avid runner. His life mantra is, “Shoot for the moon; even if you miss, you are still among the stars.”
